Private Organizations (PO) are self-sustaining, special interest groups set up by
written consent of the 354th Wing Commander or his designee to provide a
positive contribution to the lives of base personnel.  An example of a PO is a
squadron booster club.

Unofficial activities/organizations are small groups of individuals that are not
required to be formally established as PO because their current assets (including
cash, investments, inventory and receivables) do not exceed a monthly average
of $1,000 over a three month period.

Base Fundraiser Policy
Any and all fundraisers held on base must be approved by the Force Support
Squadron Commander. Please complete the following steps to ensure your
fundraiser is approved in a timely manner.

1. Be familiar with AFI 34-223 and the Private Organization Guide (see below).
2. Download the fundraiser request form below.
3. Complete the form and route the form.
4. Do not advertise or conduct your fundraising event until after final approval.
