The Baker Field House fitness center is equipped with
both state-of-the art cardio and strength equipment
*New* Combat training equipment
basketball and racquetball courts
indoor track/turfed football field
Rock climbing wall
a steam room and sauna
Locker and shower facilities are available
Aerobics classes are available daily along with cycling classes
a child play area which requires supervision by their parents at all times
Each member of the Baker Field House fitness center's staff is now a certified Fitness Specialist. Each is qualified to assist you in building an individualized eight-week program to help you achieve your fitness goals. Make fitness a part of your life. Let us show you how!

Swim lessons are now available in the Fitness Center! Starting February 24, we will be offering a variety of swim lessons including Pre-School (levels 1& 2), Learn to Swim (levels 1, 2 & 3) as well as private lessons! Sign ups and payment will be taken at the Fitness Center and will begin today! For specific questions about swim lessons please call Outdoor Recreation at 377-1232.

Need an Alaskan Sized Challenge? Compete in one of our six challenges to earn a t-shirt and bragging rights by figuratively swimming the Yukon, walking the pipeline, lifting a F-16 and more.
